1. A radio frequency power amplifier system comprising:
a supply generator having a plurality of outputs each configured to provide a respective one of a plurality of supply voltages including at least two independently-regulated supply voltages and one or more additional supply voltages in a prescribed relation to the at least two independently-regulated supply voltages; and
a plurality of supply modulators each connected to one of the plurality of outputs of the supply generator and configured to provide a supply voltage to one or more power amplifiers (PAS), the supply voltage selected from among the plurality of supply voltages.
