1. A computer-implemented method for non-invasive assessment of a patient's hemodynamics information, comprising:
generating, based on image data of the patient, a geometric model of at least one portion of a cardiovascular system of the patient;
determining, from the geometric model, one or more geometric features, the one or more geometric features including vessel length, one or more bifurcation angles, variation of cross-sectional area, and/or curvature along each of one or more vascular segments of the at least one portion of the cardiovascular system;
constructing a lumped parameter network (LPN) of resistors corresponding to the at least one portion of the cardiovascular system based on the one or more geometric features, wherein the LPN of resistors defines expected energy losses along the one or more vascular segments from viscous dissipation, unsteadiness, flow separation, vessel curvature, and/or vessel bifurcation; and
solving a system of equations corresponding to flow and pressure for the LPN in order to calculate a flow rate through each of the one or more vascular segments and pressure at one or more vascular junctions of the at least one portion of the cardiovascular system.
