1. A method comprising:
receiving, by at least one server, a first notification associated with a user contacting an entity offering goods or services;
sending, by the at least one server to a first application program running on a first device, a second notification indicating that the user will receive a communication related to an electronic session from the entity offering the goods or services,
wherein the second notification includes compliance information regarding the goods or services,
wherein the first device displays the compliance information for the user to act on prior to the electronic session regarding the goods or services;
sending, to the first application program, a session-specific code corresponding to the electronic session;
receiving, by the at least one server from a second application program running on a second device, the session-specific code of the first application program for identifying the electronic session to authenticate the user without requiring login credentials of the user; and
sending, by the at least one server to the second application program, information relating to the goods or services.
