1. A method for aggregate query optimization, comprising:
receiving a dataset comprising a plurality of values divided into a plurality of dimensions and a plurality of measurements;
receiving an input comprising a first set of one or more of a plurality of dimensions and a second set of one or more of the at least one aggregate measurement of interest; and
calculating and outputting for a respective member of a second set a respective aggregate result value by retrieving for the respective member of the second set the pre-calculated value respective of members of the first set that is obtained by calculating at least one aggregate of respective values of a measurement of the plurality of measurements.
