1. A compound of Formula III, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

R2B and R3B are each independently hydrogen, halogen,—CN,—CO-G1, —SO2-G1,—NR10R11,—O—R20, an optionally substituted alkyl, an optionally substituted alkenyl, an optionally substituted alkynyl, an optionally substituted C3-6 carbocyclic ring, an optionally substituted 5-8 membered heterocyclic ring, an optionally substituted phenyl, or an optionally substituted 5-10 membered heteroaryl;
Z1B is N or CH; and
R5B is hydrogen, a nitrogen protecting group, an optionally substituted alkyl, an optionally substituted C3-6 carbocyclic ring, an optionally substituted 5-8 membered heterocyclic ring, an optionally substituted phenyl, or an optionally substituted 5-10 membered heteroaryl;
wherein G1 at each occurrence is independently hydrogen,—NR10R11,—O—R20, an optionally substituted alkyl, an optionally substituted alkenyl, an optionally substituted alkynyl, an optionally substituted C3-6 carbocyclic ring, an optionally substituted 5-8 membered heterocyclic ring, an optionally substituted phenyl, or an optionally substituted 5-10 membered heteroaryl;
wherein each of R10 and R11 at each occurrence is independently hydrogen, a nitrogen protecting group, an optionally substituted alkyl, an optionally substituted alkenyl, an optionally substituted alkynyl, an optionally substituted C3-6 carbocyclic ring, an optionally substituted 5-8 membered heterocyclic ring, an optionally substituted phenyl, or an optionally substituted 5-10 membered heteroaryl; or R10 and R11 together form an optionally substituted 5-7 membered heterocyclic or an optionally substituted 5-10 membered heteroaryl; and
wherein R20 at each occurrence is independently hydrogen, am oxygen protecting group, an optionally substituted alkyl, an optionally substituted alkenyl, an optionally substituted alkynyl, an optionally substituted C3-6 carbocyclic ring, an optionally substituted 5-8 membered heterocyclic ring, an optionally substituted phenyl, or an optionally substituted 5-10 membered heteroaryl.
