1. A renal therapy system comprising:
a home renal therapy machine configured to perform a renal therapy on a patient at a home or dwelling of the patient, the home renal therapy machine including:
a dialysis fluid pump,
a memory device configured to store:
a device program specifying dates renal therapies are to be performed and a type of each renal therapy to be performed, the type of renal therapy including at least one of a day renal therapy, a night renal therapy, a tidal renal therapy, or a last fill renal therapy, and
a log file configured to store a date of when each renal therapy was performed by the home renal therapy machine and the type of the renal therapy performed, and
at least one processor operable with the memory device and configured to:
control the dialysis fluid pump to perform the renal therapies,
store to the log file a date of when each renal therapy was performed and a type of the renal therapy that was performed, and
operate a connectivity agent that has an activated mode and a deactivated mode,
wherein the at least one processor is configured to cause the connectivity agent to go into the deactivated mode during the renal therapies,
wherein, when the connectivity agent is the activated mode, the at least one processor is able to send the log file to a system hub located remote from the renal therapy machine, and
wherein when the connectivity agent is in the deactivated mode, the at least one processor is prevented from sending the log file to the system hub; and
a server communicatively coupled to the system hub, the server including a copy of the device program and configured to:
compare the dates and types of performed renal therapies stored in the log file to the dates for the renal therapy types specified by the device program; and
display a flag in a user interface of a clinician computer when there is a deviation from the comparison.
