1. A mould arrangement for moulding ice cream products, the mould arrangement comprising:
an upper metal plate, and
a plurality of mould pockets that each protrude from a bottom side of the upper metal plate,
wherein an insulation plate that is arranged adjacent the bottom side of the upper metal plate and through which the plurality of mould pockets extend, wherein the insulation plate has a thermal conductivity that is lower than the thermal conductivity of the upper metal plate,
wherein the insulation plate surrounds the mould pockets by extending through vertically extending regions defined between adjacent mould pockets, and
wherein a space is defined between the insulation plate and a wall of an adjacent one of the plurality of mould pockets.
