1. A wireless communication method, comprising:
receiving, by a terminal, a non-anchor carrier configuration broadcast by a network device, wherein the non-anchor carrier configuration comprises a non-anchor carrier frequency list and a non-anchor carrier configuration parameter list,
wherein each non-anchor carrier frequency in the non-anchor carrier frequency list corresponds to one or more items in the non-anchor carrier configuration parameter list;
determining, by the terminal, according to the non-anchor carrier configuration, resource information for performing random access or monitoring pages with the network device;
obtaining, by the terminal, first indication information broadcast by the network device, wherein the first indication information instructs the terminal to monitor pages through a first non-anchor carrier or a first downlink non-anchor carrier;
receiving, by the terminal, a carrier configuration to be monitored for receiving a control channel; and
determining, according to a preset technique, that the terminal selects a j-th carrier to monitor and receive the control channel when the terminal selects an i-th carrier in a random access carrier configuration to initiate random access, wherein the j-th carrier is selected in the carrier configuration to be monitored for receiving the control channel.
