1. A system comprising:
at least one data processor; and
memory comprising instructions which, when executed by the at least one data processor, result in operations comprising:
determining, based on information provided by a first session initiation protocol (SIP) provider: (i) a sender identity; (ii) a receiver identity; and (iii) an access mode associated with a first communication; and
selectively initiating or blocking, based on the determining, communication between a first device corresponding to the sender identity and a second device corresponding to the receiver identity.
