1. A method for use in a station (STA), the method comprising:
transmitting, to an access point (AP), a request to send (RTS) frame indicating that the STA has data to send with full-duplex (FD) capability;
receiving, from the AP, a full-duplex clear to send (FD CTS) frame including an FD preamble, wherein the FD preamble includes training information for FD filter estimation that enables FD communication between the AP and the STA; and
receiving, from the AP, an FD trigger frame that includes scheduling information for uplink transmission of the data from the STA.
