1. A method of dynamically estimating a propagation time between a first node and a second node of a wireless network, comprising:
a. receiving, by the second node, from the first node a representation of a transmit time of a packet from the first node;
wherein a predictive model for predicting the propagation time is calculated based on the representation of the transmit time of the packet and a representation of a reception time of the packet at the second node;
b. estimating, by the second node, the propagation time between the first node and the second node at a time, comprising querying the predictive model with the time; and
c. updating the predictive model based on an error in the propagation time.
