1. A method for determining transmit power, comprising:
determining, by a terminal device, a first bit rate of channel state information part 1 (CSI-1), wherein the first bit rate is a bit quantity of the CSI-1 carried on each resource element for transmitting the CSI-1; and
adjusting, by the terminal device, transmit power of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) based on the first bit rate, wherein the PUSCH is used to carry the CSI-1;
wherein the determining, by a terminal device, a first bit rate of channel state information part 1 CSI-1 comprises:
determining, by the terminal device according to quantity of first resource elements and a quantity of second resource elements, a first code modulation symbol quantity, wherein the first code modulation symbol quantity is used to indicate a quantity of code modulation symbols of the CSI-1 and the quantity of first resource elements is a quantity of resource elements occupied by uplink control information in all OFDM symbols occupied by the PUSCH; and the quantity of second resource elements is a quantity, estimated based on a transmission parameter of the PUSCH, of resource elements occupied by the CSI-1; and
determining, by the terminal device, the first bit rate based on the first code modulation symbol quantity and a bit quantity of the CSI-1 transmitted on the PUSCH;
wherein the method further comprises:
determining, by the terminal device, a second receiving moment for receiving second indication information, wherein the second indication information is used to indicate a quantity of code modulation symbols occupied for transmitting an ACK/NACK on the PUSCH;
determining, by the terminal device, a second time length between the second receiving moment and a second sending moment, wherein the second sending moment is a sending moment of the PUSCH, or a sending moment of a PUCCH that at least partially overlaps the PUSCH in time domain; and
determining the second time length is greater than a second preset time length, in response to determining the second time length is greater than the second preset time length, determining, by the terminal device, the first code modulation symbol quantity based on the second indication information, wherein a second code modulation symbol quantity is a preset quantity of code modulation symbols of a HARQ-ACK.
