1. A responder device, comprising:
a reception circuit; and
a transmission circuit coupled to the reception circuit, wherein the responder device, in operation, performs a reciprocal multiple input multiple output (MIMO) phase of single user (SU)-MIMO beamforming (BF) training in a case where the reception circuit receives a MIMO BF setup frame including a non-reciprocal/reciprocal MIMO phase field that indicates the reciprocal MIMO phase is applied to SU-MIMO BF training, wherein
the reciprocal MIMO phase has three subphases:
a SU-MIMO beamforming (BF) setup subphase in which the reception circuit receives from an initiator device a MIMO BF setup frame including the non-reciprocal/reciprocal MIMO phase field that indicates the reciprocal MIMO phase is applied to SU-MIMO BF training;
an initiator SU-MIMO BF training subphase in which the reception circuit receives from the initiator device a plurality of first beam refinement protocol (BRP) signals for training transmit sectors; and
a SU-MIMO BF feedback subphase in which the transmission circuit transmits to the initiator device a MIMO BF feedback frame without transmission of a second BRP signal to the initiator device.
