1. A method, comprising:
transmitting command data from a transmission station via a first communication link, wherein the command data defines one or more commands;
encoding first triggering data with a first encoder using a first scheme to create a first frame;
encoding second triggering data with a second encoder that uses a second scheme to create a second frame;
wherein the first scheme and the second scheme are different;
wherein the first triggering data and the second triggering data are different data;
transmitting a stream of data that includes the first frame containing the first triggering data and the second frame containing the second triggering data via a second communication link, wherein the second communication link has smaller bandwidth than the first communication link;
decoding the triggering data from the stream of data, wherein the decoding includes
parsing with a first decoder using the first scheme the first triggering data in the first frame from the stream of data,
determining with the first decoder that the second frame from the data stream is invalid for the first scheme,
parsing with a second decoder using the second scheme the second triggering data in the second frame from the stream of data, and
wherein the first decoder and the second decoder process the stream of data at the same time;
wherein the first triggering data includes a first identifier identifying a first command of the commands;
wherein the second triggering data includes a second identifier identifying a second command of the commands;
wherein the second communication link transmits the data stream using electromagnetic waves transmitted via skywave propagation;
wherein the first communication link has greater latency than the second communication link; and
wherein the first frame and the second frame are different lengths.
