1. A method comprising:
shorting together a sense amplifier true signal line that is floating and a sense amplifier complement signal line that is floating during a sleep state of a sense amplifier circuit to thereby cause the sense amplifier true signal line and the sense amplifier complement signal line to float at a common but unknown voltage.
