1. A light-emitting device comprising:
a first electrode;
a light-emitting layer over the first electrode, the light-emitting layer comprising a first substance and a guest substance exhibiting fluorescence; and
a second electrode,
wherein an energy difference between a lowest singlet excited energy level and a lowest triplet excited energy level is 0.5 eV or more in the first substance,
wherein the lowest triplet excited energy level of the first substance is higher than a lowest triplet excited energy level of the guest substance,
wherein the first substance is capable of emitting delayed fluorescence, and
wherein the guest substance has at least one emission spectrum peak in a blue wavelength range.
