1. A compound, wherein the compound is a compound represented by Formula I, or a stereoisomer, a geometric isomer, a tautomer, a hydrate, a solvate, or a pharmaceutical acceptable salt of the compound represented by Formula I,

R2 is selected from the group consisting of C1-6 alkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl composed of 3-8 atoms, C6-10 aryl and heteroaryl composed of 5-10 atoms, wherein the C1-6 alkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl composed of 3-8 atoms, C6-10 aryl and heteroaryl composed of 5-10 atoms are independently not substituted or substituted by 1, 2, 3, or 4 Ry, respectively;
R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, D, F, Cl, Br, I, CN, NO2, OH, NH2, SH, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 haloalkoxy, C1-6 alkylamino, C1-6 alkoxy, —C(═O)Rg, —C(═O)ORh, —S(═O)2Rg, —C(═O)NRiRj, —S(═O)2NRiRj, C3-8 cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl composed of 3-8 atoms, C6-10 aryl and heteroaryl composed of 5-10 atoms, wherein OH, NH2, SH, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 haloalkoxy, C1-6 alkylamino, C1-6 alkoxy, C3-8 cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl composed of 3-8 atoms, C6-10 aryl and heteroaryl composed of 5-10 atoms are independently not substituted or substituted by 1, 2, 3, or 4 Rz, respectively; and
R7 is selected from the group consisting of H, D, F, Cl, Br, I, C1-6 alkyl and C1-6 haloalkyl, wherein Rx, Ry and Rz are each independently selected from the group consisting of D, F, Cl, Br, I, CN, NO2, OH, NH2, SH, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 alkylamino, C3-8 cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl composed of 3-8 atoms, C6-10 aryl, heteroaryl composed of 5-10 atoms, —(CRaRb)nR0, —ORc, —C(═O)Rd, —C(═O)ORc, —S(═O)2Rd, —C(═O)NRcRf and —S(═O)2NReRf,
wherein Ra and Rb are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, C1-6 alkyl and C1-6 haloalkyl;
R0 is each independently selected from the group consisting of C3-8 cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl composed of 3-8 atoms, C6-10 aryl and heteroaryl composed of 5-10 atoms;
Rc, Re, Rf, Rh, Ri and Rj are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, D, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl composed of 3-8 atoms, C6-10 aryl and heteroaryl composed of 5-10 atoms; or Re, Rf and a nitrogen atom attached to them form a heterocyclyl composed of 3-8 atoms or a heteroaryl composed of 5-10 atoms;
Rd and Rg are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, OH, NH2, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 alkylamino, C1-6 alkoxy, C3-8 cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl composed of 3-8 atoms, C6-10 aryl and heteroaryl composed of 5-10 atoms; and
n is each independently 1, 2, 3 or 4.
