1. A method comprising:
collecting data related to one or more conditions related to a grain storage container; and
adjusting an oxygen-to-nitrogen ratio in the grain storage container based on the collected data to control pest population in the grain storage container, wherein the collected data comprises data related to environmental conditions related to the grain storage container and data related to situation variables, and
wherein collecting the data comprises:
receiving, from a sensor, pest detection acoustic sensor data;
receiving one or more grain storage container ambience parameters, wherein the one or more grain storage container ambience parameters comprises temperature, humidity and oxygen content of the grain storage container;
combining the collected data with qualitative data;
detecting threshold conditions related to state changes in pest life cycle in the grain storage container; and
generating one or more alerts, using an intuition model for pest infestation forewarning, in response to determining conditions in the grain storage container for pest infestation.
