1. A random access method, applied to a terminal and comprising:
in a case that an (i−1)th random access procedure which is a two-step random access procedure fails, continuing to obtain first data content which is data content buffered in an MsgA buffer in the (i−1)th random access procedure;
sending first data in the first data content in an ith random access procedure, wherein i is an integer greater than 1;
wherein the sending the first data in the first data content, comprises:
in a case in which the ith random access procedure is a two-step random access procedure, obtaining the first data content from the MsgA buffer and sending the first data content; or,
in a case in which the ith random access procedure is a four-step random access procedure, obtaining the first data content from the MsgA buffer and sending the first data content, and buffering the first data content in an Msg3 buffer.
