1. A method for managing interference in a Wi-Fi network, the method comprising:
evaluating at an access point a severity of detected interference based on a report by at least one station regarding detected interference on a channel of the Wi-Fi network; and
determining, based on the severity of the detected interference, a set of resource units (RUs) to allocate to a transmission opportunity (TXOP) for peer-to-peer (P2P) communication between a first station and a second station, the set of RUs being those that avoid the detected interference for the allocated TXOP.
