1. A surface acoustic wave filter configured to filter a radio frequency signal, the surface acoustic wave filter comprising:
a first surface acoustic wave device including an interdigital transducer electrode, a first portion of a temperature compensation layer, and a velocity reduction cover spaced apart from the interdigital transducer electrode by at least a portion of the first portion of the temperature compensation layer, a density of the velocity reduction cover being higher than a density of the temperature compensation layer; and
a second surface acoustic wave device including a second portion of the temperature compensation layer, the second portion of the temperature compensation layer being free from any velocity reduction cover having a higher density than the density of the temperature compensation layer, the second surface acoustic wave device being a multi-mode surface acoustic wave filter.
