1. A computing apparatus for handling customer data, the computing apparatus comprising:
one or more computer readable storage media;
one or more processing systems; and
program instructions stored on the one or more computer readable storage media, wherein the program instructions, when executed by the one or more processing systems, direct the one or more processing systems to:
in response to a request from a data access or to access diagnostic data associated with an incident, identify data associated with the incident stored in a diagnostic data repository;
determine that the data accessor is approved to access the diagnostic data associated with the incident;
provision a temporary container for the incident, the temporary container comprising the diagnostic data associated with the incident and at least one data analysis tool, wherein the diagnostic data cannot be exported from the temporary container to a location external to the temporary container;
provide the data accessor access to the temporary container;
maintain the temporary container while the data accessor completes one or more tasks related to the incident; and
after the data accessor exits the temporary container, purge the temporary container from the computing apparatus.
