1. A resin composition, comprising:
(A) 100 parts by weight of an unsaturated C═C double bond-containing polyphenylene ether resin;
(B) 15 parts by weight to 40 parts by weight of a hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer;
(C) 1 part by weight to 20 parts by weight of a compound of Formula (1);
(D) 0.001 part by weight to 0.5 part by weight of a compound of Formula (2), a compound of Formula (3), a compound of Formula (4) or a combination thereof; and
(E) 80 parts by weight to 270 parts by weight of spherical silica;

wherein R1 to R4 are independently a hydrogen atom, a C1-C3 alkyl group, a phenyl group or a C1-C3 alkyl group-substituted phenyl group; and R5 and R6 are independently a phenyl group or a C1-C3 alkyl group-substituted phenyl group;

wherein X1 is an oxygen radical or a hydroxyl group; R7 to R10 are independently a hydrogen atom or a C1-C5 alkyl group, and R7 to R10 are not a hydrogen atom at the same time;
and R11 is a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, an amino group, a hydroxyl group, a carbonyl group or a carboxyl group;

and R16 and R17 are independently a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, an amino group, a hydroxyl group, a carbonyl group or a carboxyl group, or R16 and R17 together define a benzene ring structure;
