11 Claims

1. A polyvinyl alcohol-based film comprising a polyvinyl alcohol resin and a plasticizer comprising diglycerin, wherein the film has a tan δ of 0.20 or less at 30° C. in a width direction of the film under an air atmosphere of a relative humidity of 50% RH, and a storage modulus of 11.2×10⁶to 20×10⁶Pa at 140° C. in the width direction of the film under a dry atmosphere wherein a content of the plasticizer is 5 to 25% by mass.
