1. A computer system configured to facilitate orchestration for zero-touch provisioning (ZTP) of open radio access network (O-RAN) components associated with cell sites of the O-RAN, wherein the computer system comprises at least one electronic processor configured to perform:
receiving a request to perform zero-touch provisioning (ZTP) associated with deployment or configuration of a cell site;
generating ZTP requests for components to be configured, provisioned, or updated in the O-RAN based on the request, wherein the components include one or more first components that perform a first functionality and are provided by a first vendor and one or more second components that perform the first functionality and are provided by a second vendor; and
determining ZTP payload data according to the ZTP requests, wherein an individual ZTP payload includes one or more of computer instructions, or a software package, that cause one or more of the components in the O-RAN to be configured, provisioned, or updated or a software;
causing at least one ZTP pipeline to execute, wherein the at least one ZTP pipeline performs ZTP operations associated with the deployment or configuration of the cell site, wherein the at least one ZTP pipeline includes operations for:
setting up and provisioning one or more computing devices in individual ones of the cell sites; distributing ZTP payload data to one or more O-RAN components to carry out at least a portion of the ZTP operations, performing one or more distributed unit instantiation (DUI) operations to instantiate a distributed unit; and performing one or more radio access network (RAN) operations for the cell site;
monitoring the execution of the at least one ZTP pipeline;
determining one or more results associated with the execution of the at least one ZTP pipeline; and
generating feedback information based on the one or more results of the ZTP operations.
