1. A system for use with a subterranean well, the system comprising:
a tubular string comprising a drilling bottom hole assembly connected at a distal end of a coiled tubing, the coiled tubing comprising a communication line configured to permit communication between surface instrumentation and the drilling bottom hole assembly, and the drilling bottom hole assembly comprising an orienter and ranging equipment;
in which the tubular string exits a pre-existing wellbore uphole of an obstruction that prevents access to a portion of the pre-existing wellbore downhole of the obstruction,
in which the portion of the pre-existing wellbore downhole of the obstruction comprises a target wellbore due to the obstruction, and
in which the tubular string extends through an intercept wellbore which intersects the target wellbore downhole of the obstruction, so that fluid communication is provided between the pre-existing wellbore uphole of the obstruction and the target wellbore.
