1. An organic frame material having a zinc containing isopoly-molybdic acid metal comprising:
a three-dimensional network structure having zinc ions coordinated with 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-bis (1,2,4-triazole-1-methyl) benzene ligands and trinuclear molybdate anions, the chemical formula of the three-dimensional network structure being [Zn (tfbtb) (Mo3O10) (H2O)],
wherein tfbtb is 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-bis (1,2,4-triazole-1-methyl) benzene ligand, and Mo3O10 is a trinuclear molybdate anion.
