1. Crusher of a crushing machine applied to oleaginous fruits; wherein said crusher comprises a central hub having a central axis and a plurality of hammers connected to the central hub and arranged around the central hub; wherein said hammers are suitable for cooperating with a grille having a circular cross-section arranged around the crusher; wherein each one of the hammers comprises an outer edge facing a direction opposite to the central hub and suitable for grazing the grille; wherein said outer edge of the hammer extends in length in a direction parallel to the central axis of the central hub; wherein the outer edge of each hammer is toothed in such a way that said hammer has at least one recess and two teeth separated by said recess: wherein the teeth of a hammer are staggered with respect to the teeth of the adjacent hammer.
