1. A light detecting device, comprising:
a first pixel for phase difference detection, comprising:
a first portion of an upper electrode;
a first lower electrode; and
a first portion of a photoelectric conversion film disposed between the first portion of the upper electrode and the first lower electrode;
a second pixel for phase difference detection, comprising:
a second portion of the upper electrode;
a second lower electrode; and
a second portion of the photoelectric conversion film disposed between the second portion of the upper electrode and the second lower electrode; and
a third pixel for imaging, comprising:
a third portion of the upper electrode;
a third lower electrode; and
a third portion of the photoelectric conversion film disposed between the third portion of the upper electrode and the third lower electrode,
wherein a planer area of each of the first lower electrode and the second lower electrode is larger than a planer area of the third lower electrode,
wherein the third pixel is disposed between the first pixel and the second pixel, and
wherein the first pixel, the second pixel, and the third pixel have a same planer area.
