1. An information processing apparatus comprising:
a memory configured to store instructions; and
a processor configured to execute the instructions to:
perform a first collation process of collating first feature information extracted from a person included in a first image with target person feature information indicating a feature of a retrieval target person to acquire a first collation result;
extract second feature information from the person included in the first image in a case where the first collation result indicates a match;
store the extracted second feature information in association with the first image from which the second feature information is extracted in a first storage unit;
output a screen for displaying an image including the person to be extracted the second feature information therefrom;
receive a specification for specifying, from the person included in the image displayed on the screen, a person to perform a second collation process of collating the second feature information of the specified person with a predetermined facial feature information stored in association with a facial image of a specific person in a second storage unit;
perform the second collation process of collating the second feature information for the specified person with the predetermined facial feature information to acquire a second collation result; and
display the facial image which is associated with the predetermined facial feature information in a case where the second collation result indicates a match.
