wherein the glass cloth includes glass yarns,
each of the glass yarns is included in the glass cloth as a warp or a weft thereof and is an assemblage of glass fibers,
the glass yarn has a cross-section having an aspect ratio in a range from 0.15 to 0.50,
wherein the aspect ratio is a ratio of a thickness of the glass yarn relative to a width thereof in the cross-section, where the cross-section is taken along a plane perpendicular to a surface of the glass cloth and perpendicular to a direction in which the glass yarn extends, and
the glass fibers included in each of the glass yarns are bound together via the fluorine resin that has entered gaps formed between the glass fibers.
