1. A method of producing a cauliflower having a brilliant white curd, said method comprising:
a) selecting a plant from a cauliflower line selected from the group consisting of CLP/NY6633/9/FRE, CLP/NY6633, BCSS/CLP/NY6633, and NY6633/9/FRE/CLP/NY6633/HOCE as a first parent;
b) crossing the first parent with a second cauliflower plant selected from the group consisting of CLP/NY6633/9/FRE, CLP/NY6633, BCSS/CLP/NY6633, and NY6633/9/FRE/CLP/NY6633/HOCE as a second parent to form a segregating population;
c) growing a cauliflower seed produced by said cross to yield a progeny cauliflower plant; and
d) determining a color score on the Centre Technique Interprofessionnel des Fruits et Legumes (Ctifl) color chart for the curd of said progeny cauliflower plant;
wherein a representative sample of seed of CLP/NY6633/9/FRE has been deposited under NCIMB Accession No. 41432,
wherein a representative sample of seed of CLP/NY6633 has been deposited under NCIMB Accession No. 41430,
wherein a representative sample of seed of BCSS/CLP/NY6633 has been deposited under NCIMB Accession No. 41431, and
wherein a representative sample of seed of NY6633/9/FRE/CLP/NY6633/HOCE has been deposited under NCIMB Accession No. 41433.
