2. A light-emitting device comprising:
a first electrode;
a second electrode;
a light-emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; and
a layer comprising a compound between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer,
wherein the light-emitting layer comprises a phosphorescent light-emitting substance having an emission wavelength of 470 nm or more,
wherein the layer is in contact with the light-emitting layer,
wherein the compound is represented by a general formula (G1),

wherein Ar represents any one of substituents represented by structural formulae (Ar-1) to (Ar-4),

wherein α represents a first naphthyl group,

wherein n and m each independently represent 1 or 2, and

3. A light-emitting device comprising:
a first electrode;
a second electrode;
a light-emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; and
a layer comprising a compound between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer,
wherein the light-emitting layer comprises a light-emitting substance comprising iridium,
wherein the layer is in contact with the light-emitting layer,
wherein the compound is represented by a general formula (G1),
