1. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU), comprising a transceiver and one or more processors, configured to:
receive a traffic descriptor and a route selection descriptor (RSD), wherein the traffic descriptor includes a first data network name (DNN) and the RSD includes a second DNN;
determine a third DNN provided by an application;
determine that the third DNN matches the first DNN;
determine, based on the RSD, a protocol data unit (PDU) session associated with the second DNN; and
route, using the PDU session, traffic provided by the application.
