1. A system for dynamic spectrum utilization management in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
a network slice or a subnetwork, wherein the network slice or the subnetwork includes a radio access network (RAN) and a Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) layer;
a wireless network resource optimization application including at least one data analysis engine;
wherein the at least one data analysis engine is operable to analyze measured data from the electromagnetic environment to create analyzed data;
wherein the wireless network resource optimization application is operable to obtain signal information of at least one signal, analyze at least one customer goal, and extract actionable data based on the signal information and/or the at least one customer goal; and
wherein the wireless network resource optimization application is operable to analyze at least one possible signal interaction based on a center frequency and a bandwidth of the at least one signal.
