1. A system for dynamic spectrum utilization management in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
a Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) layer in a network slice, wherein the MEC layer is in communication with a radio access network (RAN) and a core network;
at least one sensor configured to monitor at least one signal in the electromagnetic environment and to create measured data; and
a wireless network resource optimization application in the MEC layer configured to obtain statistical information and analyze possible interactions based on a center frequency and a bandwidth of the at least one signal in the electromagnetic environment to create analyzed data;
wherein the wireless network resource optimization application is configured to optimize network resources by modifying at least one physical layer parameter of customer devices and/or applications based on the analyzed data and a customer goals index vector of binary values;
wherein each binary value of the customer goals index vector represents whether or not a specific piece of the measured data is relevant to satisfying customer goals;
wherein the analyzed data includes a vector ensemble class for at least one signal; and
wherein the wireless network resource optimization application includes a detection engine for automatically detecting at least one signal in the electromagnetic environment based on the analyzed data.
