1. A method for quality of service (QoS) prediction, comprising:
receiving Quality of Service (QoS) information from one or more remote devices;
generating one or more network parameters based on the QoS information;
receiving application information from an application server;
receiving a network reconfiguration input; and
generating a QoS map based on the application information, the network reconfiguration input, and the QoS information.
