a sensor including: an instrumentation unit configured to instrument environment information about an environment in a space to be authenticated; a generating unit configured to generate statistical information about the environment of the space based on the environment information; and a communication unit configured to transmit the statistical information to an authentication server configured to authenticate the space based on the statistical information; and
