1. A control method comprising, by a computer:
acquiring schedule information indicating movement plans of a plurality of mobile bodies to be shared in a sharing service, the plurality of mobile bodies being capable of short-range wireless communication with each other;
when detecting that state information indicating a current state of a first mobile body among the plurality of mobile bodies is unable to be received from the first mobile body, searching for a second mobile body planned to move to a first area where the first mobile body is staying based on the schedule information; and
transmitting delivery data for the first mobile body to the second mobile body.
