1. An information processing apparatus, comprising:
circuitry configured to:
acquire a first static parameter;
control a display to display a first virtual object related to a first user in a virtual space;
control the display to display a second virtual object related to a second user in the virtual space;
set, based on the first static parameter, a first closest distance, representing a first minimum allowable distance the first virtual object and the second virtual object can approach each other in the virtual space;
acquire a second static parameter different from the first static parameter; and
set, based on the second static parameter, a second closest distance, representing a second minimum allowable distance the first virtual object and the second virtual object can approach each other in the virtual space,
wherein the first closest distance is less than the second closest distance.
