1. A computer implemented system for displaying a virtual space, the system comprising:
a graphical user interface; and
a controller programmed to:
receive user information from a user profile, wherein the user information comprises a user location, a user design preference, and at least one user metric, wherein the at least one user metric includes at least one tangible-vehicle metric;
determine display conditions based on the user information;
determine user accessibility to virtual features based on the at least one user metric meeting a vehicle threshold condition, wherein the virtual features comprise a locked virtual room, wherein the locked virtual room is within a virtual building; and
display the virtual space including the virtual features on the graphical user interface based on the display conditions and the user accessibility, wherein the virtual space is displayed as a virtual 3D rendered image.
