1. A diagnostic device using a test kit, the diagnostic device comprising:
a body having a loading region in which a test kit is placed, the test kit comprising a specimen plate having a specimen region and a patch plate that stores a contact-type staining patch, the patch plate being coupled with the specimen plate in a structure allowing relative sliding movement between the two plates;
a moving unit configured to transmit power to a first mounting portion on which the patch plate of the test kit is mounted or a second mounting portion on which the specimen plate is mounted such that the patch plate and the specimen plate move relative to each other so that the specimen placed in the test kit is smeared in the specimen region; and
a contact unit hitting a structure of the test kit to bring the contact-type staining patch within the patch plate into contact with the smeared specimen to stain the smeared specimen.
