1. A system, comprising:
one or more drills;
two or more rotatable drill bits connected to the one or more drills, each of the two or more rotatable drill bits having an internal fluid passageway and a fluid outlet, each of the rotatable drill bits configured to drill a corresponding weep hole in an uncured, concrete, hollow core structural component having one or more external surfaces and an internal surface, resulting in two or more weep holes in the uncured, concrete, hollow core structural component, whereby loose, uncured concrete material is deposited adjacent to the two or more weep holes on the internal surface of the uncured, concrete, hollow core structural component; and
one or more pressurized fluid source fluidly connected to the internal fluid passageways of the two or more rotatable drill bits, wherein when the two or more rotatable drill bits are repositioned, a flow of pressurized fluid is directed from the pressurized fluid source through the internal fluid passageway out of the fluid outlet of each of the two or more rotatable drill bits, thereby removing the loose, uncured concrete material deposited adjacent to the two or more weep holes on the internal surface of the uncured, concrete, hollow core structural component.
