1. A milling tool comprising:
a motor;
a gear box coupled to the motor;
a pump coupled to the gear box;
a mill bit coupled to the pump;
wherein the pump generates flow past the motor and the mill bit to at least partially remove generated heat; and
wherein the pump comprises a housing having a pump inlet and a pump outlet designed to orient flow towards the motor, and wherein the pump outlet is smaller than the pump inlet.
