1. A clamp positionable on a bulb seam of a building surface, comprising:
a body having a first end, a second end, a lower surface, and a first side, the body including a recess than extends along a rotation axis between the first and second ends of the body;
an aperture extending through the body;
a first arm that extends from the first side of the body to a first distal end, wherein the first arm has a first inner surface that is concave; and
an insert having a second arm that extends from the body to a second distal end and that has a second inner surface that is concave, the insert including a protrusion at a proximal end, wherein the second arm extends from the lower surface of the body when the protrusion is positioned within the recess of the body, the body operable to receive a bar component through the aperture for engagement with the insert, wherein the bar component selectively presses against an outer surface of the insert, the outer surface being in opposition to the second inner surface,
wherein a receiving space defined by the first inner surface of the first arm and the second inner surface of the second arm has a substantially circular cross-sectional shape to extend around the bulb seam,
and wherein a width of the receiving space is adjustable with rotation of the insert relative to the body between a first position and a second position via engagement of the protrusion of the insert within the recess of the body.
