1. A recombinant vector having a promoter sequence and a terminator sequence for constitutive expression wherein the promoter sequence is set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1 or SEQ ID NO: 2, and the terminator sequence is set forth in SEQ ID NO: 3 or SEQ ID NO: 4.
