1. A curable composition comprising the following components:
(i) a first alkoxysilane which is unhydrolyzed, present in the curable composition in an amount ranging from 10 to 80 weight percent;
(ii) a second alkoxysilane which is 5 to 45 percent hydrolyzed, present in the curable composition in an amount ranging from 5 to 90 weight percent; and
an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, present in the curable composition in an amount ranging from 1 to 50 weight percent; wherein weight percentage is based on the total weight of components (i), (ii), and (iii).
