1. A seat belt retractor mounting structure comprising:
a cowl cross unit arranged in a width direction of a vehicle body; and
a seat belt retractor mounted on the cowl cross unit,
wherein the seat belt retractor mounting structure is provided forward of a first row rear-facing seat on the vehicle body, and
wherein the vehicle body further includes a dash panel with internal components including an air conditioner mounted further forward of the seat belt retractor mounting structure.
