1. A step apparatus for a vehicle comprising:
a base attached to an outer side of a vehicle body;
an arm rotatably provided on the base; and
a step supported by the arm and movable with respect to the base, wherein
the step apparatus for a vehicle is in, by rotation of the arm, a deployed state in which the step is to be used or a stowed state in which the step is stowed under the vehicle body,
a first rotation axis of a base end of the arm and a second rotation axis of a tip end of the arm are inclined upward toward an outer side of a vehicle width direction in an attached state in which the step apparatus for a vehicle is attached to the vehicle body,
the step includes an attachment portion to which a tip of the arm is rotatably attached,
the attachment portion includes a second shaft portion to which the tip of the arm is attached,
the attachment portion includes a support surface supported by the arm,
the support surface intersects with the second rotation axis of the second shaft portion, and
the attachment portion and the second shaft portion are below an upper surface of the step.
