1. A packaging laminate comprising
a first laminate and a second laminate,
the second laminate having a thickness between 20 μm and 200 μm and having a polyethylene content of at least 80% by volume,
the first laminate having been formed by coextruding a substrate layer with a HDPE content of at least 60% by volume, a bonding layer, and a barrier layer,
the thickness of the first laminate being between 10 μm and 40 μm,
the thickness of the substrate layer being between 5 μm and 35 μm,
the thickness of the bonding layer being between 1 μm and 5 μm,
the barrier layer having polyamide and/or ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and having a thickness of at most 20% of the total thickness of the first laminate,
the bonding layer being arranged between the substrate layer and the barrier layer,
the first laminate being stretched in machine direction only,
the first laminate is bonded to the second laminate via its barrier layer after the first laminate is stretched, and
wherein said packaging laminate is tearable in both the machine direction and a transverse direction perpendicular to the machine direction.
